Easy and Delicious Baked Blackberries Custards Recipe for a Delightful Dessert

If you're looking for a delightful dessert that is both delicious and healthy, you're in for a treat. This Baked blackberries custards recipe combines the natural sweetness of blackberries with a velvety custard base, resulting in a guilt-free indulgence that will leave you wanting more.

It will only take 10 mins prep and 30 mins cooking time.


- Egg: 1 medium

- maple cyrup: 10 ml (1 tbs)

- Greek Yoghurt: 75 gram

- Whey vanilla protein powder: 1/2 cup

- Zest of a lemon: 1 tsp

- Blackberries: 45 gram

- Coconut sugar: 1 tsp


  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsious / 390 degree Fahrenheit

  2. Combine the egg, maple syrup, yoghurt, protein powder, and lemon zest in a blender or a food processor and blend until smooth and frothy

  3. Place the mixture in a ramekin and put the blackberries on top

  4. Transfer the filled ramekin into a large oven proof stainless steel pan/pot with the lid and bake for about 30 mins or until set in the middle.

  5. Carefully remove the ramekin from the pot to allow to cool for 5 mins

  6. Sprinkle with coconut sugar and serve
