If you're looking for a delightful dessert that is both delicious and healthy, you're in for a treat. This Baked blackberries custards recipe combines the natural sweetness of blackberries with a velvety custard base, resulting in a guilt-free indulgence that will leave you wanting more.

Ingredients:
- Egg: 1 medium
- maple cyrup: 10 ml (1 tbs)
- Greek Yoghurt: 75 gram
- Whey vanilla protein powder: 1/2 cup
- Zest of a lemon: 1 tsp
- Blackberries: 45 gram
- Coconut sugar: 1 tsp
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsious / 390 degree Fahrenheit
Combine the egg, maple syrup, yoghurt, protein powder, and lemon zest in a blender or a food processor and blend until smooth and frothy
Place the mixture in a ramekin and put the blackberries on top
Transfer the filled ramekin into a large oven proof stainless steel pan/pot with the lid and bake for about 30 mins or until set in the middle.
Carefully remove the ramekin from the pot to allow to cool for 5 mins
Sprinkle with coconut sugar and serve
