Muay Thai Circuit Training
A fast-paced, power-building workout that fuses Muay Thai and fitness. The first half is a circuit-style training session, where you move through different stations at your own pace, hitting every muscle group. The second half sharpens your Muay Thai skills with bag work and technique drills - perfect for building explosiveness, endurance, and striking power.


KBF Skills
Want to punch with precision and move like a pro? KBF Skills is all about perfecting your kickboxing and Muay Thai technique, sharpening footwork, and mastering combinations in a structured, coach-led session. Work on drills, striking mechanics, and controlled partner exercises to build real fight skills in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Stretch & Recover
Move better, feel better, train harder. This class is designed to unlock tight muscles, improve flexibility, and speed up recovery so you can perform at your best.
