What to Bring
You don’t need to bring much - we’ve got you covered! Here’s what you’ll need:
WORKOUT CLOTHES
Wear something comfortable to move in.
WATER BOTTLE
Stay hydrated. We have water available but no plastic cups - sustainability matters!
We Provide All Equipment

What Happens
in a KBF 50 Class?
Your first class will energize you and leave you feeling accomplished. Here’s what to expect:
2. HIIT & Kettlebell Training
Next we’ll put you through some high intensity interval training (HIIT) and kettlebell exercises. These will build strength, improve endurance and give you a serious cardio boost.
4. Kickboxing/Muay Thai Bag Work
Time to let it all out! Burn calories, relieve stress, and feel empowered as you practice punching and kicking techniques on the heavy bag. This is where the magic happens—you’ll leave feeling like a champion.
1. Warm-Up
Our coach will lead you through a full-body, dynamic warm-up, ensuring you’re ready for the workout.
3. Kickboxing/Muay Thai Technique
Learn from the best! Our coach will demonstrate basic and advanced kickboxing and Muay Thai combinations. You’ll practice each combo with clear guidance to ensure you improve every step of the way.
