Burn up to 1000 calories in this intensive, 50 minute, group fitness class. After a warm up, you’ll be put through 20 minutes of bodyweight HIIT, kettlebell and dumbbell training before moving onto the kickboxing section. Here, our expert instructors will teach you real kickboxing techniques and combinations that you’ll use on the heavy bag to punch and kick your troubles away. This challenging but insanely fun workout will have you burning fat, building strength, improving your cardio whilst learning real kickboxing techniques. All this in our music-driven, unique ‘fight club meets nightclub setting’. It is an experience not to be missed.
