ABOUT
KBF KICKBOXING STUDIO
Created based on our passions for kickboxing and Muay Thai, music and community, KBF Kickboxing Studio is the home of the 10-Round group kickboxing and Muay Thai group fitness class in the heart of Thao Dien.
We’re a gym that’s kickboxing-centered and all about real workouts. From curious first-timers to experienced kickboxers, there’s something for everyone in our technically precise kickboxing combined with the highly effective strength, conditioning and cardio aspects of our class.
We can’t promise it’ll be easy, but it’ll be worth it!

Nervous? Too shy to try? We got you! As soon as you step into our space you are part of our community. Stepping out of your comfort zone can be nerve-racking so we’ve compiled a series of quick steps you’ll follow to ease those first-timer worries.

ARRIVE EARLY
Arrive 15 minutes before your first class to ensure a smooth experience. Checking in with our staff and receive your locker & towels.

Our method
The program is designed and adapted for everyone at any level, no matter if you are a complete newbie, or experienced kick-boxer, or anything in between. KBF training programs always have something for you and will push you to your limit.
Our program is built around three key pillars: strength and endurance, cardio and kickboxing.
Our coaches are highly qualified and experienced. They will be there with you on your fitness journey every step of the way.
